3. HANDMADE MINIATURES
3.1 Our miniatures are handmade with care and may vary slightly in appearance, ensuring each piece is unique.
4. ORDERING PROCESS
4.1 To place an order on the Website, the Customer must follow the ordering process, providing accurate and complete information as required.
5. PRICING AND PAYMENT

6. DELIVERY

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

7.3 Consequences of withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
8.1 All handmade miniature designs, images, and logos on the Website are the intellectual property of petitpot.store and may not be used without permission.
9. PRIVACY POLICY

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
10.1 Each handmade miniature is unique, and while we strive for consistency, slight variations may occur.
11. REDEMPTION OF PROMOTIONAL VOUCHERS
11.1 Vouchers issued by the Seller as part of promotional activities with a specific validity period and provided free of charge, which cannot be purchased by the Customer (hereinafter "Promotional Vouchers"), can only be redeemed in the Seller's online shop and only within the specified period.
11.2 Certain products may be excluded from the voucher promotion if such exclusion arises from the content of the Promotional Voucher.
11.3 Promotional Vouchers can only be redeemed before completing the ordering process. Subsequent offsetting is not possible.
11.4 Multiple Promotional Vouchers cannot be redeemed for a single order.
11.5 The value of the goods must at least correspond to the amount of the Promotional Voucher. Any remaining credit will not be refunded by the Seller.
11.6 If the value of the Promotional Voucher is not sufficient to cover the order, one of the other payment methods offered by the Seller can be chosen to settle the difference.
11.7 The credit of a Promotional Voucher will not be paid out in cash or bear interest.
11.8 The Promotional Voucher will not be refunded if the Customer returns the goods paid for, in whole or in part, with the Promotional Voucher within the framework of their statutory right of withdrawal.
11.9 The Promotional Voucher is intended for use only by the person named on it. Transfer of the Promotional Voucher to third parties is excluded. The Seller is entitled, but not obligated, to verify the material eligibility of the respective voucher holder.
